Meet Taina.

Taina is a Brazilian chef who loves to bake. She started baking because she missed home — the way food tasted there, and most of all the soft, generous cakes she couldn't find anywhere in America. So she taught herself to make them.

Her cooking draws on French and Italian technique, folded into everything that leaves her kitchen. Bread is her deepest passion: patient doughs that reward the time you give them.

Above all, she loves to cook. Her greatest joy is simple — knowing that people enjoyed her food, and that they could taste the love she put into it.
