It started with missing home — and the cakes that tasted like home.

Taina is a Brazilian chef who came to baking out of longing. The cakes here never tasted like the ones in Brazil, so she taught herself to make them. Along the way, French and Italian baking deepened her craft, and bread became her great love — patient doughs that reward the time you give them. She cooks because nothing makes her happier than knowing you can taste the love she puts into it.
