These terms explain the basics of ordering from Chef Taina.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. An order is accepted for kitchen fulfillment only after Stripe confirms payment.
Custom cake consultations
Custom cake requests are reviewed for availability before any payment is requested. Once approved, a $150 deposit is collected securely through Stripe and credited toward the final cake price. A requested date is reserved after the deposit is received; the final design, quote, and balance are confirmed separately with the kitchen.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery availability are shown at checkout. Delivery is limited to eligible ZIP codes and requires an accurate delivery address.
